Agreed. The population of Estonia declines every year. Should we really make people feel not wanted in the country? They were born here. Grant them citizenship.
The population of Estonia declined by 75,000 in the years 2000-2012. That is more than the number of people living in P2rnu, VIljandi, and Paide combined. Is the country ready to lose another city’s worth of people in the next decade?
